THEME: “Perinatal Health : Commitment to Care”
Abstract for Competitive Free Paper presentation are invited.
There are 2 Award winning Paper Competition.
1) Dr. Jagdishwari Mishra Award Winning Paper (Presentation on 27th April)
Eligibility Criteria:- Junior doctors within 5 years of passing MBBS and presenting paper on theme subject)
2) Mrs. Vidya Bhasin Award Winning Paper (Presentation on 28th April)
Eligibility Criteria:- Seniors after 5 yrs of obtaining post graduates degree, presenting papers on theme
- The Abstract should be submitted in following format : Theme Topic : “Perinatal Health : Commitment to Care” Title, Name of the authors, Institutional Affiliation, Email of the author, Abstract body – (Background, Aims and Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusion) Maximum words: 250; Abstract font: Times New Roman/Calibri; Font size 12.
- Deadline for the abstract submission is April 20, 2024.
Presentation Instructions
- Your oral paper presentation is allocated a total time of 8 minutes, comprising an 6-minute presentation followed by a 2-minute question and answer session. Please ensure that your presentation adheres to this time frame to allow for a smooth flow of sessions during the conference.
- The audio-visual system will automatically switch off after 6 minutes. Therefore, we urge you to structure your presentation accordingly and strictly adhere to the allocated time frame. This will help maintain the flow of sessions and allow ample time for Q&A.
- Personal laptops will not be permitted for presentations. Please bring your presentation saved on memory stick / pen drive / flash drive for compatibility with our audio-visual setup.
- Please ensure your presentation is loaded onto the system by 7:30 a.m. on the day of your presentation. Our Audio-visual team, stationed at the preview room, will assist you with this process. Additionally, we kindly request you to verify that any embedded videos within your presentation are functioning properly.
- We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, which are designed to enhance the overall conference experience for everyone involved.
