E-POSTER PRESENTATION
THEME: “Perinatal Health : Commitment to Care”
Terms & Conditions
- Your e-Poster must be in English language and created as a single slide PowerPoint presentation.
- The format should be in landscape orientation, suitable for display on a screen.
- It is imperative to adhere to the suggested template provided.
- Suggested template can be download from here.
- Presentation Should follow following guidelines.
- The theme subject for e-Poster presentations is Perinatology & Reproductive Biology.
- The e-Poster presentation dates are scheduled for April 27th-28th.
- Each e-Poster should include a title and only the presenter’s name at the top of the slide.
- The main content of the e-Poster should consist of the following elements:
- Introduction
- Objectives
- Methodology
- Results
- Conclusions
- For case reports, the structure should include:
- Introduction
- Details of the Case
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- A completed footer is required at the bottom of the slide, which should include any disclosure of interest, if applicable.
- The minimum font size for all text on the e-Poster is Arial 24.
- It is essential that the information presented in your e-Poster aligns with the content of your accepted abstract.
Presentation Instructions
Timing :
- Each E-Poster presentation is allocated a total time of 6 minutes, comprising an 4-minute presentation followed by a 2-minute question and answer session.
- Stick to the allotted time to allow for a smooth transition between presentations.
- Following your presentation, there will be a 2-minute question and answer session for any inquiries from the audience and judges.
Presentation Preparation:
- Please ensure your presence at the E-Poster presentation area by 20 minutes prior to your scheduled presentation time.
- Bring along the soft copy of your E-Poster for uploading into the system.
- Verify that your E-Poster is correctly formatted and all content is visible and legible.

- Please ensure your presence at the registration desk located at the conference venue by 8:00 AM (Sharp) on April 27, 2024.

- Please note that registration is a mandatory requirement for abstract submission by the presenting author.
Proof of registration or registration number must be provided when submitting the abstract.
Please note that abstract submission by email or any other medium will not be accepted.

The deadline for abstract submission is April 20, 2024.
Kindly be aware that abstracts submitted by unregistered presenting authors will not be considered for review.

Technical Specification For E-Poster
- Display Specifications:
- E-Posters will be showcased on standard 42″ (Diagonal) LCD screens.
- The entire poster must adhere to a 16:9 aspect ratio.
- File Format and Size:
- File format should be PowerPoint (.PPT).
- Total size of the presentation should range between 5-10 MB.
- Only one slide per E-poster is permitted.
- Slide Format:
- All slides should be in landscape orientation.
- Animation, movies, and sounds are not supported. Please submit in a static PPT format only.
- Each slide should include a title placeholder, with sections such as Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Acknowledgements.
- Color Suggestions:
- For light backgrounds (e.g., white, yellow, light blue), use dark fonts (e.g., black, navy blue, dark green).
- For dark backgrounds (e.g., blue, purple), use light fonts (e.g., white, yellow, cyan).
- Avoid using red or green in any fonts or backgrounds, as they are difficult to read.
- These guidelines aim to ensure optimal presentation quality and readability for all E-Posters displayed at the conference. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
